Like some of you, I had my "suspicions" about an online retailer with too good prices -- are they going to try and stick me? are they going to ignore me once the sale was done? Well, read the postings in this forum. First, they have the guts to let people vent their frustrations; but, Second, the problems are taken care of.
Let's start at the beginning, I had some questions about my purchase options and the sales guys got right back to me...right away.
OK, yeah, yeah, well what if I had a problem -- would they ever get back to me?? Well, I did have a problem: I had a unit that died right after I started it up -- no fault of buygpsnow, just a bad circuit board. Like many I sent an email in and waited a day or two. I got impatient, I got mad, but you know what they DID get back to me and made the problem right...in fact, once I got through the queue they made it MORE THAN RIGHT.
So, my advice is, show a teeny little bit of patience -- imagine if you were getting hammered by thousands of emails a day. I now UNDERSTAND that these guys are just trying to do right and run a good business. Now I know that some of us want instant responses, but I would rather pay a good price from people who know this stuff and who really do care it seems...take a deep breath, it will all work out.
