    Confused and in a Hurry!

    Sirs, 

    I placed order # 160241 (11/25 9:40 PM) for the Globaltop G66 after I signed into Communities without realizing that there was a DIFFERENT sign-in for "My Account." I went a head and created "My Account" with the same information, but now my order isn't there (probably because the order preceded the account). A bit frustrating, but probably my own fault. You might consider consolidating the Community and Account sign-ins to simplify life for the slow among us :o)

    Hopefully my clumsiness doesn't slow my order ... my wife and I are taking our first ever "kids stay home" vacation to go see Italy next week. We're departing home Wednesday, and would really like to take this with us (I know, I know, I should have ordered sooner, but it didn't occur to me to even GET one of these until today!).

    Anything you can do to expedite the order so we can take this to Italy with us would be greatly appreciated !

    Actually, we intend to keep both systems separate because most of our customers would rather checkout out anonymously and they do not wish to login prior to placing an order. 

    Hence, your order history is kept with the place you have chosen to checkout with (either PayPal or Google Checkout).

    Absolutely, yes, your order will be shipped tomorrow and you will get an email with the tracking number.

    Sirs, 

    We received PayPal notification of the order and the payment, but have received no status e-mails since. I sure wish I had opened my buyers account (vs the community account) before ordering.

     Was my G66 Touch shipped ? If so, can you forward my tracking number ?
