I recived my order today, and so far as much as I got to play with I like it alot. But just as a side note the Oncourse BT GPS reciver does not fit into the carrying case that I got, the case is about 1/2" to small for it.  Which if I would have known I would have gotten something else but not a big deal.

A few more things I think you should know none of them are show stoppers but none the less

I had a problem with your order page for some reason it did not like my Credit card (or I might have typed something which did not match the cards info exactly right, like Rd instead of Road) so I just placed the order thru google checkout. I was inadverntly charged twice but with a quick email to your sales dept. that issue was resloved almost Still waiting for the error to be corrected on my card but was told by the CC company it could take up to 10 business days.

I placed the order @ 2:30 AM EST on 11/05/07 payment error was fixed and my item was shipped on the 6th. Cool, I'll get it by the weekend. It was sent USPS, who by the way has a terrible tracking system (at tmes) because at 7:00 AM EST on 11/08/07 their tracking system said it was still in route from Califorina and I'll be damed if it didn't show up in my mail box that afternoon. So in my opnion Shipping was a first class act.

Also I read some of the other post about not reciving email's. Other than the one I got from USPS saying the item was shipped and the couple from the sales department fixing the payment issue, those were the only messages I got about my order. I don't have a junk/spam folder the only way for my mail to get there is if I create a rule stating that it is such.

Once I got it out of the mail box, I thought it was something else I ordered cause USPS still said it was in Califorina, I was very much pleased on what it was but the box on the inside of the shipping bag was banged up pretty good, but there was no damage to he GPS or anything so not a big deal.

Lastly when I placed my order I opted for the BT GPS carrying case which as I stated in the email the Oncourse GPS unit does not fit into the case.

Like I said none of them are show stoppers but just a few things to think about on ways to improve an an already good thing. Would I order from you again? YES I would and I would recamend you to anyone looking for a GPS item, because even thougth I had a few problems they were ALWAYS taken care of in a prompt and courtious mannor.
