I am totally disappointed with the buying experience and the product i bought from buygpsnow.com.

I bought an Oncouse Edition 4 last week wide order # 147818.  (prior to this order, i placed two orders via Google checkout, but both were cancelled "for some wierd reason, which i dont understand till date. then i ordered without google checkout and the order was successful, the product reached me as promised.

Initially i had problems connecting the unit to my laptop, but finally got it paired and started using the device after 48 hours of receiving the product. The unit worked fantastic for a day, but starting today, it does not lock in signals even in open sky, the red light continue to glow for hours. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

I am able to pair it with my laptop using com port 6, but when i use MS streets & trips, it gives me an error saying "there is signal on the com port, but no data is transmitted"

I tried using AGPs, but connecting to agps software gives me an error "Target dosent reply, please power cycle the target!" Not sure what is happening. Thinking to return the product and buy all-in-one gps unit. Please help! Very very disappointed.

1) We have to delete your phone number from you order.

2) On your first 2 orders, Google Checkout team make a note on both of your first 2 orders with "Order Is Not Eligible For Google Payment Guarantee". Because both orders were flagged with this comment, we will not fulfill order with this comment. Your 3rd order were placed using our own checkout and it went thru without any issue.

Google never shared the detail response of your credit card charges and we do not have any info to comment on their decision.

3) I recommend you download "A-GPS PC application (Advance Features)",

a) Turn on the GPS receiver

b) Launch SkyTraq Bluetooth by clicking on GPS_Release.exe and select the Bluetooth COM Port, Baud rate of 38400, and select the button next to it to open the connection.

c) Click on Download from the top menu and then select Download option.

d) Once done, select AGPS menu, and select AGPS Status. The response windown should say AGPS is enabled.

e) Then, select AGPS, and AGPS Download.

Please post your test result. If nothing works, we will need to schedule a support call.
