1) We have to delete your phone number from you order.
2) On your first 2 orders, Google Checkout team make a note on both of your first 2 orders with "Order Is Not Eligible For Google Payment Guarantee". Because both orders were flagged with this comment, we will not fulfill order with this comment. Your 3rd order were placed using our own checkout and it went thru without any issue.
Google never shared the detail response of your credit card charges and we do not have any info to comment on their decision.
3) I recommend you download "A-GPS PC application (Advance Features)",
a) Turn on the GPS receiver
b) Launch SkyTraq Bluetooth by clicking on GPS_Release.exe and select the Bluetooth COM Port, Baud rate of 38400, and select the button next to it to open the connection.
c) Click on Download from the top menu and then select Download option.
d) Once done, select AGPS menu, and select AGPS Status. The response windown should say AGPS is enabled.
e) Then, select AGPS, and AGPS Download.
