I just received an OnCourse Ed 2 for Sprint Mogul and am very disapointed. Out of the box, it does not work. It won't charge the Sprint Mogul, unless you push down on the top of the PDA and apply pressure. Basically, the cradle or the fixed usb charge plug id designed wrong. It is a sloppy fit.

Secondly, the Ed2 revision promised to work and charge all Holux models. Well I have a Holus GPSlim 236 and it won't charge it. I have tried everything.  And yes i made sure the the charger switch was on.

Lastly, the speaker does not work, unless you wiggle the PDA around. I'm assuming this is tied to the same problem with the unit not charging. The plug is made wrong or something.

These are definite factory defects. It is a shame because the unit appears to be very well made. It is strong and has a great suction cup. I especially loved the sturdyness and design. I just wished it worked.

I am waiting for a response from tech support, to see what can be done.

We am sorry that you may have received a defective unit. We have sold this unit to many Sprint Mogul users and no one have any of the issues you are having. Please see attached pictures, especially the first picture that shows the Sprint Mogul with a green LED light.
