I didn't receive a response to my support ticket inquiry that I made three days ago, so I'm posting here.  The T620 I received Nov. 28 has a very short battery life- fully charged, no programs running, it drains in 4-5 days.  Even with a full charge, a couple of times the unit would not switch on, requiring a reset.  In wifi mode, power meter drops about  15% after only a minute or two, with low battery warning in about 40 minutes. In gps mode, it's good for an hour or so.  In comparison, the Mio 168 which has only a 10% larger battery lasts 3-4 times longer in comparable modes.

I didn't get a support ticket number- clicking on the Support Ticket link under "Contact" opened the Knowledge Base page, where I submitted my inquiry.  My order number is 105257.

Searched  Knowledge Base and found response to my inquiry ID 5876 was made the day after submission.  Sorry, I was expecting email reply.  Will follow up.  Thanks.

Hi Baylock, battery life per full charge on the Airis T620 is about 3 to 4 hrs and it depends if you have WiFi / Bluetooth / GPS usage. If all of these functions were turned on, then, your battery life will be shorter.
