I bought Routis navigation system. Software was shipped the same day. I ordered software 1 week before release of the new version. Joe was very helpful on obtaining free upgrade. He shipped new version of the software in the same day without additional charge.
I highly recommend this company and will order from them again.

I highly recommend BuyGPSnow.com as one of the most helpful and efficient companies I have purchased from. Before purchase of the Destinator 2 package I had many questions regarding the system and the Australian maps. Joe Kee is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always responding very quickly to email questions. He helped me choose the Destinator system which I have been very impressed with. The Australian maps seem very accurate and route generation is good. As with all nav systems sometimes the routes are a little strange, but the automatic recalculation function fixes that up mostly. It will always get you to the your destination. To Australian buyers: Joe's service and advice has been great, mapping is finally available for us Downunder, shipping - only 5 days, excellent set up instructions provided, plus prices are significantly better than anything I have seen here, even allowing for exchange rates. You can't go wrong dealing with this company.

Joe Kee and buyGPSnow! are awesome! I have never gotten the customer service anywhere like I have gotten from Joe, very prompt replies to e-mails having to do with questions, problems, whatever. Would highly recommend going there for your GPS needs!

Item was out of stock when I placed the order. I had a few questions on my purchase so I called them. He told me when they expected the units in and when they would ship. It came a day or two sooner than expected. Very satisfied with service and my purchase. Thank you

I ordered the CF Portable Navigation for Pocket PC® (CD ROM Edition) for my Dell Axim buygpsnow.com. The product arrived quickly. I am extrememly happy with the product. But,I am most impressed with Mr.Joe Kee's quick resonses to my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product and the Mapopolis Software that was included.

I've had a really good experience with www.buygpsnow.com. One of the things that I like about the store is their low prices and really fast shipping! Their service is the best, they actually answer your emails at a personal level unlike other places I've shopped at. I bought a few GPS stuff from them and am very very happy so far.

I was very pleased with the assistance provided to me by Joe Kee. Joe answered all of my questions and made himself available via cell phone. A rarity in these times. When it came time to recomend a GPS receiver Joe told me the pros and cons to the various units. In the end I decided on a mid level receiver based on Joe's input. I will admit due to my lack of knowledge on GPS hardware. Joe could have easily swayed me to purchase a more expensive unit. However Joe gave me his opinions based on his own field testing.
Based on this experience Joe has earned my trust and return business. I would also like to say the GPS software/hardware bundle (Destinator 2.0 w/HAiCOM 303E) works great.

I rec'd the merchandise promptly. I had a problem with one of the components, they generoulsy talked me through the problem on the phone. I was very impressed by their help on this very complex product.
