GPS system arrived quickly and as promised. Help and support have been incredible, with responses to questions being answered quickly and efficiently. Had a slight problem with my software linking with my handheld – Joe hooked me in up and got me running in short order. I would highly recommend buygpsnow.com to anyone wanting a gps system.

If you are looking for pocket pc GPS software and hardware, look no further. I assure you that no one will have a better value and that definitely no one will have better service than buyGPSnow.com. I purchased the Haicom Foldable CF GPS receiver and the Destinator 2.0 North America GPS mapping software. What a fabulous combination! Joe Kee spent a lot of effort contacting Destinator's company in order to guide me with installing the software on my new 400 MHz Dell Axim 5 handheld computer. Destinator had not yet developed an upgrade to coordinate their installation process with the New Windows Pocket PC 2003 operating system. He persisted until he found the solution, called me and spent over an hour making sure I got my system up and running. I also purchased the Multi-function Charger Mount Kit Option. I highly recomend this item which enables you to hear the GPS commands above your car sound system. The accuracy of the software and GPS never cease to amaze me. When it tells you "turn left" your car is at the intersection where you must turn left. I was very pleased with the product while in use during my vacation journey.

I recently purchased the Haicom HI-303 MMF and haven't looked back sense. This is a great product and I owe it all to Joe Kee.
I spent hours on the web researching products and someone suggested that I go to BuyGPSNow.com. I am glad I did. Joe not only made me a happy customer, but he also made a friend.
I will warn you that he does have a day job, so please be patient. However, his response time is better than a company with 10 times the staff.
With that being said, I fully recommend the product, and the merchant. Also, if you are debating against getting the Holux vs. the Haicom. Think about this. For no extra money the Haicom can be used as a Mouse GPS receiver. Plus, the goodies that come with the bundle are better in my opinion.

The best service I ever got from Web reseller. Very good company. The guy I talked with - Joe Kee. Very knolagable and trying to help any way he can. Never had such a good service. Next day delivery when needed and even on the weekend.
