Joe Kee of BuyGPSnow.com has earned an excellent rating from me for customer service. I wrote two pre-sales emails (Tues.) that Joe answered promptly the same day. Wednesday morning I decided on one of his bundles of software and hardware (Haicom 303MMF and Destinator 2) and also ordered a Dell cigarette lighter adapter, all for my Axim. The order was filled that day, shipped, and arrived on the second day (Friday). On receiving the items, I had several minor problems on installation (which I solved), but I emailed Joe about them. I received an email response the same day, and a return phone call the next day (Saturday), during which Joe provided feedback, additional instruction and tips for using the equipment. I highly recommend BuyGPSnow.com for its competitive prices, personal sales and followup service. Joe earned my business.

Ordered a Multi Mode GPS Receiver.
Sales staff new their product well and corrected
a small error which was present on the web site.
The order was processed both promptly and correctly, and any requests for additional information and progress of order were handled in a timely manner.
I will have no hesitation in ordering from this company in the future.

I bought GPS navigation software and hardware from this company. Not only did they ship as promised, they returned my call promptly and spent time to give me the ins and outs of various units.
A class act! I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Excellent experience - Joe's advice to purchase Haicom unit was right on - I get 4 of 9 satellites in the basement of my house - with the normal built in antenna!!
Joe kept me up to date with emails, and was always available to take phone calls and give help - even offered to call me if I wanted. Delivery was prompt and well packed.
Would buy here again.

having trawled the uk suppliers to find a cable to connect my haicon reciever to a dell axim .
i found one on buygpsnow.com
after a couple of e-mails to sort out shipping costs to the united kingdom the goods were ordered payed for by pay pal and recieved on 9 july 3 working days excluding the week end.
excellent service and e-mails were answered promptly.
will do buissness again with this retailer.
