I ordered Destinator 3 Combo with Haicom MMF GPS tracker. I called the office to ask some questions and the line was busy due to too many called. I left a message and someone called me back within 1 hour and answered all my questions. The product was shipped the same day as I ordered it. I also got a 10% discount special, which was the lowest price on the web. So far I got great service and great products. I tested all my stuff anf it works.

I am very pleased to say that my first encounter with your company was a very good experience. Mr. Kee was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. My first order of HaiCom 303 GPS receiver arrived in no time which I am very satisfied. I ordered the rest of the accessories for my GPS Destinator last Nov 14, 2003 and hopefully received it soon. I promised to Mr. Kee to tell others about your company and the good people running it.

I am extremely pleased with this company. It is hard to find good customer service and I rate Joe Kee of BuyGPSnow.com 5 stars for service and satisfaction. Joe provided a loaner GPS while I was traveling because the GPS receiver I ordered was on backorder. Once my backordered unit was available I found that it was not what I wanted and Joe without a hassle offered me another unit to exchange it with.
He also spent several hours discussing the options, features and troubleshooting to get the best system for me.

I purchased CF GPS system with Destinator software for our family trip to Colorado, Utah, Nevada and Arizona. After searching the net for reviews and prices, I still had a whole lot of questions. So I called BuyGPSnow.com and talked to the tech there. He was extremely helpful and not only answered my questions he also made recommendations based on what my use would be. Very good service and fast shipping. Had a problem with one of the cables, support walked me through a fix, when that did not work, they sent me a replacement cable.
