Wow! buyGPSnow must have, bar none, the best customer service department in the history of retail business. After my previous comments (below), Joe Kee (the company VP) contacted me and apologized for the shipping delay (which was due to their email server, not because they were on vacation). Mistakes are inevitable, and the apology would have been more than enough. I was just shocked that Joe Kee even read through his reviews. But then he proceeded to refund me my shipping charges + 10%! Just plain above and beyond the call of duty! Clearly, buyGPSnow is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Well, they've got my vote!

Overall, moderately satisfied. A luke warm review because I placed an order with 2 day fedex shipping on the 20th (in the hopes that it would arrive before Christmas), but the product wasn't shipped until the 26th. On the one hand, yeah I waited until the last second to place my order and what do I expect? But on the other hand, the buyGPSnow website clearly states that in-stock orders placed on a Saturday will ship Monday, which would have allowed for pre-christmas delivery. I suspect that the folks at buyGPSnow were on vacation the week before Christmas. If so, that's cool, but it would have been nice of them to mention that on their site. I still would have ordered from them (in my book, customer satisfaction goes a long way), but I probably wouldn't have gotten 2-day shipping (although, in their favor, shipping rates were low).
Other than that, no problems.

I am extremely pleased with the performance and advanced features of the Destinator 3 software. I had been a very satisfied user of Destinator 2 for about a year and have found it so convenient, accurate and easy that I can no longer imagine driving without it. With the new look and enhancements of Destinator 3 my setup rivals that of even the very best in car navigation systems available and for far less money! Plus I can move mine from car to car, even to a rental car! The people at BuyGPSnow.com were very knowledgeable and helpful and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They returned my call quickly with answers to my questions and my order was filled and received promptly. I would highly recommend Destinator 3 and BuyGPSnow.com to anyone interested in wiring their car for the 21st century.

The customer service at buygpsnow.com is absolutely first rate! The people are extremely well informed about gps products (and apparently use them themselves) and are exceptionally prompt, courteous, and knowlegeable. I've ordered twice from them and in both cases has outstanding service. I can't recommend them strongly enough!
Joe Kee in particular provided superb assistance and technical information.

Great company to order from, I highly recommend. I first ordered the HAiCOM HI-303E CompactFlash GPS from another company and after 4 days and being told it was in stock, I received a call saying it was not in stock. I cancelled the order and immedaitely placed an order with BuyGPSnow.com. Within 12 hours, I had received confirmation that the order had shipped and was provided with a FedEx tracking number. After dealing with some of these "fly by night" internet companies, it is refreshing to deal with a true customer oriented company.

www.BuyGPSnow.com is a very professional business. Product shipped quickly, they have been true to their word in every correspondence. Great support, in my opinion tops in this area. Good price, good support, quick delivery - I will be doing business with them again in the future definitely...

Recently bought a Destinator 3 GPS Bundle from this site. Prior to purchase I asked several questions to help me choose what to buy and Joe Kee provided excellent answers within about a day. When I ordered I was sent tracking numbers and all my order arrived within a few days. During installation I had some problems with a SanDisk memory card and my Dell Axim. These problems were nothing to do with the stuff I'd bought from buyGPSnow.com, but Joe Kee still tried to help me. We established that there are some dodgy SanDisk cards out there and this card actually corrupted my Dell Axim. Dell replaced my Axim. I'd recommend keeping clear of SanDisk cards for the Dell axim (see aximsite.com). After this everything worked fine and I'm completely happy with the software and GPS receiver. It's pretty cool having street level maps at your fingertips and also knowing exactly where you are on them! I can recommend this site 100% for pre and post customer service. Joe Kee says the 'customer is king' and he certainly proved this in my case.
