UNBELIEVABLE.

Joe came recommended and may be one of the best people I have done business with either on line or in person.
I am new to GPS and he was patient and walked me through everything and answered my questions.
He made sure I did not buy anything I did not "need" unless I wanted to buy it.
It is rare to find great prices, great product and great service all in one place

Soy de España y al principio tenía mis reticencias a comprar en Internet y encima a una tienda en los EEUU pero al final todo salió perfecto, amabilidad, rapidez (4 días con un Domingo de por medio) y el mejor precio que encontré, seguro que repito.

Great company! I ordered a Haicom HI-204E mouse GPS receiver for my Dell Axim X3 and product came as described. Before ordering,I Email the company to see if they could match a free gift offer by another company (vent mount). They emailed back with a positive answer. Even though it was a small gift, their flexibility would make one feel guity not to order from them. I highly recommend this company .

I've recently purchased the Destinator3 GPS bundle for my IPAQ. My experience with dealing with Buygpsnow.com is a testimony to how important the "old fashioned" way of "personal touch" is, specially at a time of abandunt arrogance by "big name" retailers. Not only that they shipped the right product extremely fast, Joe also helped me to make the right purchase decision and took all the time I needed over the phone to set it up with me - something that you would normally be expected to call the "manufacturer" for help.

Do yourselves a favour and give them your business if you are in search of GPS products; forget "big name" suppliers.

I purchased a Fortuna GPS unit from BuyGpsNow on 30 December. ButGPSNow kept me well informed of the shipment which arrived as expected.
Unfortunately the GPS unit developed a fault after about 3 weeks.
Joe Kee of BuyGPSNow requested that I return the GPS for repairs. I have received a new unit today. Thank you for your prompt and excellent service.

V.P. Joe Kee responded to my e-mail questions within 2 HOURS! He was very helpful, apologized when the item I ordered (TomTom Navigator 2 Bluetooth GPS) was delayed, and upgraded me to 2-day FedEx *AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE*!
