We emailed Mr. Krolikowski requesting for his missing zip code on 4.pm but did not get a reply until 8.10pm EST. We have made a phone call to his home but a kid that answer the phone said Mr. Krolikowski doesn't live there and hang up.
So, we did make an attempt to communicate but FAILED.
On a regular business day, we close on 6pm EST, so we normally ship order out on the next business day, which is Tuesday.
Hopefully Mr. Krolikowski will be a happy customer after he received the great product.

Bought GPS hardware and software. Prices were excellent. Service was fantastic. Great communication, fast processing of order and quick shipment of products. The whole process from ordering to receiving goods took exactly 1 week. And I live in Australia! Very highly recommended.

I had a good experience with this company. I purchased the Royaltek BlueGPS from them. I was initially quite worried when the AC charger that was promised did not arrive in the original shipment. A quick email sorted everything out (the charger was on backorder) and I recieved the entirety of my order. The price was the best I could find anywhere, and I would recommend this company to a friend.

Sorry for being very hard to Joe Kee in my previous rating. He explained me that he was basically in trouble because of his support staff being ill during the time I purchased the gps receiver. Finally my package arrived and I installed every thing with success..
