I had an excellent online shopping experience with BuyGPSNow.com. When the product hadn't become available on the date the web site had stated, the owner called me to advise me and made special arrangements for me to receive the item prior to my travels to europe. I really appreciated it and highly recommend BuyGPSNow.com.

I wanted to get a GPS unit for my Treo 600. I found BuyGPSnow.com because of their pricing. However, I had lots of confusion about what maps did and didn't come with the software. Also there was a discount that I didn't receive on the invoice. Their staff was knowledgeable and friendly. All my issues were resolved in short order. They still seem to have issues with their web-site (for instance, my purchase history seems to have disappeared). But, they come through on everything that matters.

Ordered TomTom Bluetooth USA w/ car kit for H1945 from buyGPSnow via ground shipping. The ordering, confirmation, shipping and handling are flawless. I got the package in three days. (Actually I ordered the same bundle from another site first but that site took my order and later informed me they did have it in stock.) Further more, they not only replied my email and answered my questions in less than 24 hours, they went extra miles providing advice and directions on how to set up the device. Great guys and excellence service ! Havent had such good online order experience in years ! I recommend buyGPSnow site to all my friends now for their GPS needs.

Placed order on June 10th. I only received one (automated) confirmation email that my order has been received. Called sales department on 6/15/04 to find out what the status of my order was. He walked me through checking the status on their website, which I already knew how to do, and he said that that was the status (Your order has been received and ready to be fulfilled). I asked for an ETA or where it was in the fulfillment process. He said he did not have access to that information. Poor customer service!!! Sent an email today, so I'll have to wait on their response!
As of 7/13/2004, I received all the products I ordered as promised. Spoke to Joe Kee who was very helpful and accomodating. Found out that one of the products ordered was not in stock and therefore my whole order was waiting for the out-of-stock item. I would definitely recommend this reseller to my friends.

Perfect transaction. Joe (owner) returned my call within minutes, and did everything to assure me that my Mio 168 would ship that day via UPS overnight. He also price-matched a $10.00 difference willingly, and, because a different vendor offered free ground shipping, he allowed another $7.00 refund. I received the item the next day in great condition. Packaging was great.

I ordered the Haicom 3-in-1 kit for buyGPSnow.com. They encountered some delay in the order, so they gave me a free upgrade to 2nd day shipping.
I installed the gps in my car and it works great! In ever thought I would be able to connect my IPAQ 1910 to a gps receiver.
Great product, excellent service.

My parcel arrived after 15 days.French customs are responsable for the delay.
Mr Kee have always answered my Emails, but sometimes with a delay.
he offered a crédit to me to compensate for the high cost of EC and french taxes.

It generally takes about 5 business days for France courier (aka GLS) to response back to an investigation. We did launch an investigation on this parcel yesterday via USPS but we are sorry that we forgot to notify you and keep you updated on this investigation.
Due to the nature of International Shipment, most delays happen in the France Customs Clearance Process! When a parcel is in Customs Clearance process, neither USPS nor the GLS (France courier partner) could request any information until the parcel has been cleared. After this, a new GLS tracking number will be assigned to this parcel.
We will keep you posted on any updates as soon as we hear them from USPS.
I am willing to return you 100% on the shipping cost due to this delay. Hope you can work with us peacefully to resolve this difficult time. Again, customs delays are completely out of our control. We have also prepared your package with invoice attached to the outer box per customs regulation of your country.

In the years I have been ordering items I haver never gotten a call so quick from a seller, it normally takes two wks before they inform you of the situation.
