I ordered several items from buygpsnow.com and am very pleased with the way I was treated. I couldn't find the exact time when the goods were shipped but got a call back right away and they even refunded the shipping cost. Later I ordered software after consulting Joe Kee, he was very helpful and gave some good advice. I recommend this company highly! Good customer service and quick shipping and handling.

Six months after buying a gps I had a small problem with it. They promptly answered my email and solved the problem with clear and concise instructions. It's a pleasure to receive that kind of service six months later.

US Postal lost the packet. Guys from buygpsnow were kind enough too send it using UPS express at no extra charge. Thanks... I won't get lost during my holidays ;)

I recently purchased Routis 2004 from Deluo. Thier return policy posted on buygpsnow website states that there is no return on "some" software, but everything else is thirty days money back. Looking over the documentation I could not find anything stating that it was one of the excluded items.
Well, the software is garbage, you are required to download entire states for your navigation, for example, my first test was a trip from Detroit to northern Minn., since I had to download all of Ind. and Ill., even though I barely cut through the corners of these states I didn't have enough space left over for my destination, Minn. After downsizing considerably and attempting to plot a route across Mich. the program kept freezing up my IPAQ 4150 requiring a reboot. I finnally gave up and ordered Mapopolis.
The return policy posted states to contact deluo, they will only communicate through Email so you can't actually talk to anyone. Thier response to me was that they never heard of me, but it didn't matter because as of Feb. they offered zero refunds on software, all software.

When was the last time the owner or president of a company you bought something from called you personally on the phone to handle a problem you were having with a product they sold you? I would almost bet, never. Well, Joe Kee runs his business this way. Not only did he call to find out what the problem was, but he called back again to "walk me through" the steps needed to make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied. In a day where there are unlimited places to shop impersonally and take your chances on results, it's nice to know "let the buyer beware" isn't practiced by all. The product I purchased from BuyGPSnow is fine, the price was very good, but the service I received was OUTSTANDING. Who do you think I'll recommend or buy from next time? No question: BuyGPSnow
