This was my second purchase from BuyGPSnow.com and it was a very good experience just like my first purchase. Joe Kee is very helpful and friendly over the phone. He helped me link my PDA to my Bluetooth GPS device that I bought from the company. The second purchase was TomTom USA 2 software and again I wasn't able to figure it out how to get it to work. I contacted Joe Kee and he returned my call the following day, very helpful and courteous. I would definitely continue to do business with BuyGPSnow.com
