That is correct, we do not offer phone support or accept phone orders due to the fact that we have limited human resource at the moment.
We will definately schedule a support call on a needed basis for customer(s) who have *** already opened *** a support ticket. In fact, calling and supporting customers is one of our routine job every day but we only could do it to a limited group of customers and not everyone because most of their questions or issues can be resolved via our support ticket system.
We have more than 5000 support tickets submitted so far and we replied to everyone of them, 99% within 24 hrs commitment time and we did not see your support ticket so far!
Why not you offer me your support ticket number and let me investigate?
