getting answers from BuyItNow is difficult

    getting answers from BuyItNow is difficult

    First months ago I asked BuyGPSnow whether I could have their phone number so I could call with questions and the reply was "no, we do not allow phone calls".

    So by email, I asked when an out of stock item would be available and asked to be notified when it came in. It is now more than 2 months and I was never contacted so I bought the item elsewhere.

    Five days ago I sent a technical question regarding a new GPS plus compass using the webpages for submitting questions. It took me several attempts to access the actual send a question page because I was always redirected to FAQ lists instead. I did submit the question and still have not received any reply. Not even one saying "we don't know" or perhaps "we are working on it". So much for web-based and email support.

    It seems that BuyGPSnow is like an online version of our local Frys Electronics. If it is in stock then you can buy it. If it is not in stock or God Forbid you have a question, then forget it.

    That is correct, we do not offer phone support or accept phone orders due to the fact that we have limited human resource at the moment.

    We will definately schedule a support call on a needed basis for customer(s) who have *** already opened *** a support ticket. In fact, calling and supporting customers is one of our routine job every day but we only could do it to a limited group of customers and not everyone because most of their questions or issues can be resolved via our support ticket system.

    We have more than 5000 support tickets submitted so far and we replied to everyone of them, 99% within 24 hrs commitment time and we did not see your support ticket so far!

    Why not you offer me your support ticket number and let me investigate?

    FYI: Yes, you are the first one to complain on the 3-easy step of submitting a question!

    If you have any questions in regards to the 3-steps of submitting your questions to us, please feel free to let us know here and we will explain them to you.

    Email(s) may be put into your SPAM / JUNK folder and it is not 100% reliable.

    With the support ticket system, there will be *** NO EXCUSE *** of why I did not get a reply or where is your response issue.

    Still waiting for your actual issue. Please provide the KB ID!
