I ordered a Holux M1000 at exactly 1:43 AM EST on a Wednesday, and immediately paid with Paypal. Not having received a confirmation email with shipping confirmation info, I decided to wait until that afternoon. When I didn't receive anything then, I decided to contact support that evening to ask about tracking info.

 I received a response Friday telling me the information was emailed to a particular email address and provided me a link to the tracking info. Turns out they didn't use the email address I gave them, but instead used the paypal email (my wife's email) to email me the info. Not a huge deal, but had I known this in advance I wouldn't have wasted my time contacting them and they wouldn't have wasted their time contacting me (though it was certainly appreciated!).

I was shocked to find out the item was out for delivery - from an order very early Wednesday morning to delivery Friday morning - and all with standard mail!

 Thanks for the prompt order processing and shipping. Thanks to you guys I was able to play with my GPS receiver , setup software, and configure maps well before starting my workweek!
