Ever since I lost the stock usb charging cable for this receiver (http://www.buygpsnow.com/i-blue-ps-3200-i-blue-3200-i-blue-16-channel-i-blue-gps-509.aspx), I've tried at least 5 different usb cables to charge this unit, and it seemed the charging light is on, but dimmer compare to the original cable, thus, was supplying not enough current to charge the receiver, and renderd the unit useless, does anyone else have this problem, or am I the only one experiencing this problem? Or maybe it's the battery? Any one can help, that would be great, thanks.

I would assume most USB charging cable will work, as long asit could provide the output rating of 5volts and 500 to 1000 mA.

When did you purchase this unit? Is it still under the 1 yr warranty period?

Also, if you remove the battery pack, could you try to turn on the unit with the car charger plugged in?
